2. Social Media Presence

Our entity maintains corporate profiles on various social networks to provide information about our activities and communicate with users.

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining a corporate presence and responding to enquiries, as well as the user’s own relationship with the social network under its terms of use.

Social networks act as independent controllers of the data they process on their platforms, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

In certain cases, such as page statistics or “Page Insights”, our entity and the relevant social network may act as joint controllers, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Our entity is present on the following social networks:

The main purpose is to advertise our services and contact other users.

If you have a profile on the same social network as our entity, you may freely join the page we have created, thereby expressing an interest in the information we publish on that network.

By joining, you allow us to view certain personal data you have made publicly available on your profile.

Only if you join our page on the social networks listed above will your profile data be processed by our entity, solely within the social network itself. Under no circumstances will we process those data outside it without your prior consent.

As a user, you may access the social network’s own privacy policies at any time and configure your profile to safeguard the privacy of any data you do not wish to make public. You may also stop following us whenever you wish.

3. Posts

Once you have joined our page, you may, if you wish, post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. In all cases, you must own that content, hold the relevant copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of any affected third parties.

Any post on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., relating to minors, or that infringes or is liable to infringe honour, morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or any other legal provision, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, our entity reserves the right to remove the content immediately and may request that the user be permanently blocked.

Our entity will not be responsible for content freely posted by a user. Users must bear in mind that their posts will be visible to other users and that they are solely responsible for their posts and privacy.

4. Advertising

Our entity may use the social network to advertise itself, in all cases complying with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending our pages to other users so that they may also benefit from promotions or remain informed about our entity’s events or activities will not be regarded as advertising.

5. Competitions and Promotions

Our entity reserves the right to organise competitions and promotions in which users who wish to do so and have joined our page may participate. Where the social network’s platform is used for this purpose, the rules for each competition or promotion will be published there, always in compliance with the applicable law or regulations.

The social network does not sponsor, endorse or administer our promotions in any way and is not associated with any of them.

6. Personal Data

Our entity may process:

  • Identification data visible on public profiles.
  • Content posted by users on our page.
  • Private messages sent through the social network.

Data will not be extracted from the social network or incorporated into external systems without an appropriate legal basis.

Users may stop following our entity on social networks at any time, control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them and restrict whom they share their connections with. To do so, they must access the privacy settings of the relevant social network:

The social networks mentioned may transfer data internationally outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with their own privacy policies and the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
