Herrajes Nesu SL is a family business created in 1998 by the Su\u00e1rez family with a clear vocation for decorative hardware.<\/p>\n\n

Since 1965, the Su\u00e1rez family has been dedicated to the manufacture of metal fittings for furniture by injection and hot stamping.<\/p>\n\n

Currently it produces and distributes a wide variety of knobs, handles, hangers, hangers, legs and furniture accessories.<\/p>\n\n

It designs and manufactures its products in Spain under the standards and laws of the European Union respecting the environment, and has the PEFC certification, which guarantees that the wood we use comes from sustainable forest management, controlling its traceability at all times from origin to processing.<\/p>\n\n

            Herrajes Nesu SL has the aid of the European Union. At the beginning of 2017 we prepared an export plan detailing our objectives. Here we describe what actions we will take to achieve continuous growth in the world market: advertising, promotional material and website improvements, participation in international fairs, hiring qualified personnel, travel planning to attract new customers and consolidate existing markets. At the end of the year we analyzed the results obtained and presented the details of this internationalization project to IVACE. We are proud of the results obtained: we continue to grow every year and we have an increasing volume of export sales in more different countries.<\/p>\n\n

We have participated in the Digital Marketing Tutorials program to improve our website and adapt it to international criteria.We have described and justified the expenses of the following items:– Promotion actions abroad with participation in the Eisenwarenmesse 2018 fair in Cologne, Germany.– Advertising in foreign media– Promotional material such as brochures, displays, catalogs, …– Travel and accommodation expenses for the company’s Export team.<\/p>\n\n

The request has been approved and we have prepared our 2019 export plan according to the same concepts as 2018:– Promotion actions abroad with participation in the AMBIENTE 2019 fair in Frankfurt, Germany– Advertising in foreign media– Promotional material such as exhibitors, general catalog and hangers catalog, 2019 news brochure etc.– Travel and accommodation expenses of the Export team of the company to consolidate existing clients and seek new markets<\/p>\n\n

            With the state of alarm decreed in March 2020 our company had to digitize its corporate network to be able to telework.<\/p>\n\n

            We have improved our hardware and software resources so that our administrative and commercial department could work safely and comfortably from home. We have also linked the warehouse informatic teams to the corporate network<\/p>\n\n

            We have obtained help in the form of a subsidy from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE)<\/p>\n\n

            Given that the international situation remains precarious in 2021, in the execution of the export plan we have focused on the adaptation of the website and the development of promotional material for foreign markets and clients:<\/p>\n\n
